Soda fired teapot was constructed by combining wheel throwing, slab building, hand carving, rolled or stamped in textures. Bisqued, stained to enhance textures, then minimal amounts of stain and shino glaze added to specific areas, soda and wood fired. Soda firing is a 48 hour process with 3 hours of hydrogen reduction cooling. 12” x 12” x 4”
